How long is the free trial?
14 days, no credit card and no SEPA mandate. Access ends automatically after the trial unless you subscribe.
Which payment methods does Librario accept?
You receive a monthly invoice by email and transfer the amount via SEPA. Payment is due 14 calendar days after receipt of the invoice, net without deduction (AV Bitkom clause 1.2).
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Plan changes happen through the admin interface.
How do I cancel?
With a single click in the admin interface, at any time. Minimum term is one month; after that, monthly cancellation at month-end.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
You can request a full export at any time (publications, collections, attachments). After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
My needs do not fit any tier — what now?
Most larger libraries and corporate setups run on individually tailored plans. Write to us; we usually respond within one business day.
